Cancellation Policy

At Smiles by Seanne, appointment times are carefully set aside to provide each client with a relaxed and personalised experience. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following policy applies.

Booking Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your booking.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any additional fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the 20% deposit will be forfeited.

For appointments booked using a gift voucher, the value of the booking may be redeemed in place of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened or need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
