At Smiles by Seanne, care and attention go into every order to ensure your Glow Kit arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Options

Shipping is available Australia-wide via Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to have it re-sent.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery details, please get in touch as soon as possible.
While we’ll always do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Product Availability

If an item is temporarily unavailable, you’ll be notified as soon as possible with the option to:

  • wait for restock, or
  • receive a refund

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@smilesbyseanne.com.

We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and arrange a suitable outcome where appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
