By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the following:

1. General Information
   This product is intended for cosmetic teeth whitening purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Suitability
   This product may not be suitable for everyone. You should not use this product if you:

• • Are under the age of 16
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have untreated dental conditions (including decay, gum disease, or oral infections)
  • Have known sensitivity to whitening products or peroxide-based ingredients

If you are unsure, it is recommended to seek advice from a registered dental professional prior to use.

3. Individual Results
   Outcomes vary between individuals depending on factors such as natural tooth shade, lifestyle habits, and adherence to instructions. Results are not guaranteed.
4. Proper Use
   You agree to use the product strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. Misuse may result in tooth sensitivity or gum irritation.
5. Responsibility
   By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
6. Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use despite contraindications.
7. Returns & Refunds
   Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
   Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
8. Aftercare
   Following recommended aftercare instructions is important to support results and minimise sensitivity.

9. Gift Vouchers

    

Validity
 Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Use of Voucher
 Vouchers can be used toward services or products offered by Smiles by Seanne. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Booking Requirements
 Voucher holders must book in advance and mention the voucher at the time of booking. Appointments are subject to availability. A location/travel fee may be added for mobile appointments or dental clinic locations.

Cancellations & No-Shows
 Standard cancellation policies apply. Failure to attend or late cancellation may result in the voucher being forfeited or reduced in value.

Partial Use
 If the total cost of the service is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used toward a future booking within the validity period.

Non-Transferable for Cash
 Vouchers are transferable between individuals but cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

Suitability
 All services redeemed using a gift voucher are subject to suitability. A pre-treatment assessment may be required, and treatment may be declined if deemed not appropriate.

Price Changes
 Voucher value is based on the dollar amount purchased. If service prices change, the voucher can still be used for its original value, with any remaining balance payable.
